We want your experience with us to be as simple and as relaxed as possible!  A typical rental process goes like this:

1  Contact us and arrange for a tour.

2  When you decide to rent with us, we'll meet to go over the rental agreement and details.  (This might be the same day as the tour or it might be days/weeks later.)

        3  At the time that your rental agreement is signed, we'll collect 1/2 of the rental fee AND the refundable security/damage deposit.  This step locks in your date.

        4  Three months before your event, the other 1/2 of the rental fee is due.

        5  Three or four weeks before your event, we'll meet either in person or via email/text to finalize details such as headcount, timing, etc.  

        6  On the day of the event, we'll meet you at the venue at the arranged time and ensure that  everything is exactly as you need it to be!
