We want your experience with us to be as simple and as relaxed as possible! A typical rental process goes like this:
1 Contact us and arrange for a tour.
2 When you decide to rent with us, we'll meet to go over the rental agreement and details. (This might be the same day as the tour or it might be days/weeks later.)
3 At the time that your rental agreement is signed, we'll collect the rental fee (all or part; see Payment Schedule below) AND the refundable security/damage deposit. This step locks in your date. We accept cash, check, Venmo or credit card (tap-to-pay).
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Sunday Short Rentals - 100% due at signing
Standard Rentals - half due at signing; half due at planning meeting (see #5 below)
Wedding/Reception Rentals - one-third due at signing; one-third due at mid-point between signing and event; final one-third due at planning meeting (see #5 below)
4 Please note that if you book your event within two months of the event date, 100% of the rental fee is due when the rental agreement is signed, regardless of rental type.
5 Planning Meetings
Standard Rentals and Wedding/Reception Rentals: Approximately three weeks before your event, we'll meet to collect your final payment and to finalize event details such as headcount, timing, etc.
Sunday Short Rentals: We'll finalize your event details via phone call or text about two to three weeks before your event
6 On the day of the event, we'll meet you at the venue at the arranged time and ensure that everything is exactly as you need it to be!
